Once More With Feeling, Why RFK Jr. Is A Greater Threat To Biden Than To Trump...

A reply to a question from a friend in response to the article I posted yesterday on the MAGA election-denial lunatic Rita Palma running Kennedy's campaign in New York State--

The below question was in response to my commentary on the CNN article linked at the top, detailing the openly expressed intentions of Trump supporters in Kennedy’s campaign team such as Rita Palma in New York to act as spoilers for Trump. I added references to underscore my assessment which includes material from my own archived articles.

Question: ["So if he’s behind dumpster and another Putin plant, shouldn’t it split more the idiot votes and help Joe?"]

My Reply: ["______ ________, he is using his name, so-called track record as an environmental lawyer, messaging anti-corporate greed populist rhetoric, (attacking hedge funds like Blackrock and "Big Pharma" thereby trying to come off like Ralph Nader) and opposing the US support for Ukraine to draw off young and progressive Democratic voters, which is his purpose for running and the reason Trump's people persuaded him to run to begin with. Many Trump supporters hate the Kennedy name so much they would never vote for one of them, even though his family has denounced his candidacy. Remember he decided to run in the Dem primaries first in order to hurt Biden, but he couldn't get on the ballot, couldn't get the candidate status to debate Biden, which is what he really wanted because he wanted to weaken him the most. When the Democratic primary route didn't work, he finally went independent. He is also a paranoid nut who blamed Biden for his not getting Secret Service protection.

So, everything he is doing and saying is meant to help Trump, which is why Bannon, Stone and Flynn pushed him to run. He wouldn't be running if he thought he was helping Biden. Neither would Trump mega-donors Timothy Mellon and Harland crow be funding him to help re-elect Joe Biden.

Trump himself has been effusive in his praise and stated openly his belief that Kennedy is hurting Biden's campaign more, is “a very smart man and a good man.”

Also, knowing Joe is 81, there is a concerted effort by all of his enemies to overload him with international crises, pressure to travel on his campaign, attacks on him and his son, which are meant to exhaust him physically and make him sick. Trump and Putin are beating the drum about Joe's age with the dementia lie, and getting media help in order to force him out to campaign in order to prove he is not too old or senile. It is almost the same thing that the GOP and Thomas Dewey did to FDR in the 1944 campaign when they shifted from attacking the very popular New Deal recovery program to focus on FDR's health, which had in fact visibly deteriorated, (a real taboo breaker to talk about at the time) which consequently forced him out onto the campaign trail and hastened his death via a stroke shortly after his 4th inaugural. So everyone is looking at the polls today with tunnel vision. I'm looking at the big picture and what is being thrown against Biden globally, most of which I haven't yet even mentioned here. It is a combined, multi-pronged global wave of attacks being orchestrated by Trump's and Putin's friends in places high and low. RFK Jr. is currently showing anywhere from 22 to 30% in favorability among voters in polls, and the Dems are worried that his slice is feeding into the anti-Biden sentiment more.

So, with a little bit of history which many of us lived through, I'll also point out that the third party campaign in 1968 by George Wallace on behalf of maintaining Jim Crow, ie; segregation, discrimination, and states rights, dovetailed with Nixon's right-wing outlook and positions far more than VP Hubert Humphrey, who had to run on LBJ's record, a mixed bag because of Vietnam. But the biggest support Wallace's American Party got was not from Nixon Republicans, but from organized blue collar Union members, who were misled into being anti-minority (ie; “tough on crime”) and anti-immigration, anti-foreigner (blaming Japan for taking our markets for steel and cars, Mexicans stealing their jobs, etc) and anti-affirmative action. Wallace, like RFK Jr now, ran as a populist against the “corrupt two parties,” (his slogan was"not a dime’s worth of difference”) and wound up hurting Humphrey badly enough among the Archie Bunker type blue collar voters to elect the mentally ill Nixon. And that combined with popular anger about Vietnam, which many blamed against both parties, helped Nixon win despite his program and base having heavier overlap with Wallace on issues than the Humphrey campaign. I think the situation today is similar in many ways, which is why I said that RFK Jr. is more of a threat to Biden, because his campaign is intended as a "spoiler" in order to defeat Biden, and that more than anything that will define both his campaign strategy and messaging on policy. It is why I've put so much effort into exposing him. If at any point he thinks he is hurting Trump more, he will drop out, that I can almost guarantee.
